**Bird and Branch Furniture Purchase and Return Policy: **

1. **Payment and Reservations: ** 
 
  • Full payment is required for in-stock items. 
  • For out-of-stock items, a 50% deposit is required to reserve incoming stock. 
  • Full payment of the remaining balance is necessary before scheduling delivery or pickup of eligible items. 

2. **Order Cancellation: ** 
 
  • A full refund of the original payment method can be issued if the order is canceled within 24 hours and the item has not been picked up or delivered. 
  • After 24 hours, the refund will be issued as store credit or will incur a 15% restocking fee for a refund of the original payment. 

3. **Return and Exceptions: ** 
 
  • If you are unsatisfied with your in-stock furniture purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup to discuss the possibility of a return. 
  • Please note that the delivery fee will not be refunded. 
  • This policy does not apply to special orders, clearance items, or merchandise sold "as-is." 

 4. **Return Inspection and Restocking Fee: ** 
 
  • All returned items will undergo inspection to assess their condition. 
  • Items returned to the warehouse in like-new condition will incur a 25% restocking fee for refunds in the form of store credit and a 50% restocking fee for refunds to the original form of payment. 

5. **Pickup and Storage: ** 
 
  • All items must be picked up within 2 weeks unless prior approval was given. 
  • After 2 weeks, a $15 per day storage fee will be assessed. 
  • If items are not picked up within 30 days, the item will be restocked, and payment will be forfeited. 

 6. **Refund Process: ** 
 
  • Upon a successful return and inspection, the item's purchase price (minus the delivery charge) will be refunded with the original form of payment. 
  • If our delivery crew handles the return pickup, an additional delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
